Eblal is hiring a Maintenance Engineer.

The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for:

​​

• Completes quality assurance tests on devices before they are sent out to clients, including power tests, safety checks, functionality tests and software user interface tests.

• Performs installation, testing, and commissioning of medical and laser equipment.

• Executes optical alignment and calibration of light & laser-based devices Troubleshoots, repairs and has the ability to identify the source of problem and recommend corrective actions in shortest time required.

• Carries out routine maintenance on medical and laser equipment and establish preventive maintenance schedule.

• Continuously updates clients with advice on device maintenance strategies Communicates effectively with other operations departments including sales, finance, and clinical to ensure smooth interdepartmental workflow.

• Provides online technical support to clients with troubleshooting for various aesthetic devices.

• Communicates with manufacturers in the case of troubleshooting.

• Shifts and/ or on-call work may be required.

• Occasional travelling to most provinces of Iraq.

• Help with any other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications:

​

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.

• High levels of ingenuity with strong fault diagnosis skills.

• Strong interpersonal skills that enable clear and professional communication with clients.

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work autonomously.

• High English level.

• Own a car (Valid driver’s license)
