Eblal is hiring a Healthcare Sales Representative in the North of Iraq.

The Sales Representative will be responsible for:

Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.

Prepares and delivers sales contracts for orders and obtaining deposits of payment from clients.

Collaborates and coordinates effectively with customers to uplift trade marketing execution to assure positive customer evaluation.

Makes solid working relationships with new and existing customers by providing excellent after-sales service.

Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.

Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, making recommendations to management.

Communicates between sales, marketing, and support teams to improve customer experience.

Stays informed about the activities of health services in a particular area. Submits daily, weekly, and monthly reports with sales and financial data.

Keeps good relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.

Maintains and updates customer’s data on a regular basis.

Attends and organizes trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings.

Helps with any other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Biology.
-
High English level.
-
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
-
Owns a car (Valid driver’s license).
-
Sales experiences preferred.
